Wildlife Conservation Programs

One board members cleanups at the Padre Island National Seashore for 20+ years naturally led to a desire to protect all aquatic animals that are injured.  We have had up to 50+ federally trained citizens standing at the ready to rescue injured sea turtles to transfer to Amos Rehab Keep in Port A and one board members rescues birds, as well for transport to Rockport Wings Rescue.

KACB Sea Turtle Rescue Team federally trained volunteers works with Amos Rehabilitation Keep in Port Aransas and Padre Island National Seashore.  We are installing racks, computer, etc. and are in need of funds for an educational wrap and AC/Heating system both coming to about $3000 total.  Any amount donated will be greatly appreciated!
